If your child is ready to get started with strength and conditioning help them get off on the right path with safety and good form at the fore front of their learning. Day one assessments will determine our course of action for the eight weeks.
Spring Session March 24 – May 19, 2010 - 2 days a week for 8 weeks every Monday and Wednesday 4:30-5:30pm $250.00
